Precious Master, before I ask You to speak to me today, I pray that You will touch my ears and make them submissive to Your voice. Help me remember that what You ask me to do is not a suggestion that I may consider, but a command I must obey. It is my sincere desire to be like Samuel, who earnestly prayed, “Speak, for Your servant hears” (1 Samuel 3:10). In Jesus’ name, Amen.
